Thanks to all the readers for the prayers, peace and your thoughtfulness. I need them and will continue to need them in the next few days. I knew there were a lot of great people out there in J-Land, and this proves it!
Mom passed on just before 11:00 last night. She had deteriorated quite a bit after I returned this evening. So far, I am fine. I just wonder how life without my mom will be? I've known her for almost 48 years... It'll be strange for sure.....

I read about your Mom passing in Helen's journal. All I can do is wish you peace and strength. I know when my Mom passes that's the things I will need most.

I read of your mom's passing in Helen's journal. I'm sorry you lost her. I lost mine in 1994. You'll always miss her, but her absence will become more tolerable as time goes.
